Implemented in 2002, new branding was to make an emphasis on the the “M” rather than designing a cliched representation of a house. This allowed for the “M” to be utilised “solo” on suitable marketing material. The branding was applied to both the sales and property management divisions of the business.
BERRYSMITH provided a range of marketing material including sale/lease signs, brochures and press advertising, TVCs, Radio scripts etc. and continue to provide marketing material as Maloney’s needs arise.
In April 2015 the new Maloney’s logo was launched. This along with the associated branding is now well recognised in the marketplace.
